I think that who ever USES the weapons is more responsible than the ones providing them. it is always easy to blame the ones we hate for the bad things that could be our or an ally's fault.
Very valid perspective, yet, this only shed light on one aspect; it's not about blame or hate, rather than violence and history.
I hate politics, but we all can't deny that things happened and people died!It is still happening and people are still dying.No matter where you stand, humanity comes first!
